ANI/ALI
Our ANI/ALI upgrade assists in gathering and displaying the caller ID and location information critical for quickly locating 911 callers and responding to emergencies. Kologik CAD seamlessly integrates this data into the 911 telecommunicator’s screen to improve efficiency and reduce the time to respond.

Citation Integration
Kologik Citation Integration allows for the electronic transfer of citation data from COPsync to the court management used by municipal and justice of the peace courts. This upgrade corrects typographical errors and improves efficiency by eliminating the time needed to enter written citations into court management software.

Citizen Self-Reporting System
Our customized, contactless reporting solution is a software upgrade that allows citizens to report minor crimes and incidents without the need for law enforcement to be physically present. A user-friendly interface, along with seamless integration with most reporting systems, saves your officers time and paperwork. Kologik’s Citizen Self-Reporting System workflow includes screening questions, basic information about the individual reporting the incident, and details about offense type, location and statement, helping to streamline the creation of the incident report. Citizens can also include information about property and vehicles and upload photos and any other relevant documentation. The citizen’s report generates an incident report and case number, which are then submitted to your agency for review. Citizens are able to print the report as well as save and access it later.

Collections & Distribution System
The Kologik Collections and Distribution System upgrade allows for the tracking and distribution of fees that are distributed to multiple departments across a county court.

Property & Evidence
The Property and Evidence upgrade is a computerized management system for all items collected by officers. Evidence technicians, sheriff’s deputies and police officers can easily enter items into Kologik software, print tracking bar codes and manage physical locations seamlessly and efficiently.

Our comprehensive Search solution delivers real-time, local information from virtually any sheriff’s office and police Department in your state. Kologik Search aggregates results from local, state and federal resources to bring you all possible matches to your queries. This may include direct matches and possible matches that may be related to the information you’re requesting. Use multiple tabs to access the results that matter to your search or use the summary screen to get quick details or drill down for more detailed information.

WARRANTsync
Kologik COPsync includes a database for Class C Misdemeanors that have turned into warrants. Typically, these warrants are not stored in state or national databases, making it difficult for local courts to track down violators. Any COPsync user with the WARRANTsync upgrade who comes into contact with a violator with a relevant warrant will receive electronic notification of the offense and warrant information. This helps courts to increase collection rates for fines and fees.
